Night diving unlocks during Chapter 2 around the Moray Eel objective. The restaurant still opens afterward.

When the trade is worth it
Dive at night for a quest, a night-only species, a party ingredient or DREDGE fog content.
- Avoid ordinary daytime fish
- Plan a single target route
- Use high-value batches during the shorter service
Return with enough time to sell
The goal is not to clear the whole night map. Secure the target and leave before the risk of a failed dive wipes out the reason you went.
- Carry only target equipment

- Do not add an optional boss to a quest run
